Our story
Our journey began decades ago at Mumbai’s iconic Bharat Café, where our founder, Mr. Satish Shetty, learned the art of hospitality from his father. Driven by a passion to create something of his own, he built Ribbons & Balloons — a brand rooted in tradition yet inspired by innovation. What began as a single store soon became a cherished part of celebrations across the city.
